Folk singer-songwriter Sonny Casey was raised in the rugged nature of the wild west of Ireland. At sixteen Sonny began busking on the streets of her hometown, Galway. At nineteen she flew away to travel and busk her way around Europe.
After a successful crowdfunder, debut EP release and sold out debut headline show in Berlin in 2021, Sonny began recording her debut album. With producer Rotem Fisher and drummer Tom Osander (Damien Rice, Lisa Hannigan)  the first single from her upcoming album is set for release in 2024.
